Founder and Community strategist, The Desk of a Navy Wife®, a non-profit organization established to support military spouses worldwide. Established in 2019. Podcast Host, Founder of Empowerment Leads: Military Spouse Summit, and social media writer supporting military spouse engagement, community-building strategies, and storytelling for advocacy and awareness of the challenging life and work of the military spouse. Reyna is also a key Program Support Specialist for SERCO North America, the key contractor for the Department of Labor VETS TAP and DOL TEAMS, worldwide from 2020 to present. Reyna has improved their training coordination, tracking, and attendance programs, which are critical for the success of the Service Member after separation or retirement. Received numerous “Excellence Awards” for change and the new ticketing system, improving requests for support services by Service Members.
